1095-C Notice to Employees

IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

 

In accordance with updated IRS regulations under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), A.A. Pittman & Sons Concrete Co., Inc. is providing this notice regarding the availability of Form 1095-C for the 2026 tax year (filed in 2027).

Form 1095-C is no longer required to be distributed automatically to all full-time employees. Instead, forms will be made available by request only.

If you were a full-time employee or covered individual in 2026 and would like a copy of your Form 1095-C, you may request one at any time. Forms will be provided by January 31, 2027, or within 30 days of your request, whichever is later.
