James Pugh, Project Manager/ Estimator:

Jim was born and raised in Somerset, Pennsylvania. He started working in construction in 1989 as a laborer and quickly moved up to a superintendent position within 3 years. He stayed in that position until 2000 when he started out on his own by creating JEP Contracting. It was a general contracting firm that employed up to 10-15 employees on average. In 2012, Jim and his wife decided to close down his general contracting firm and move to warmer climates. He began working for EC Concrete shortly after his move to Jacksonville and was with them as a Superintendent until Pittman Concrete acquired them in 2016. He worked as a foreman until he was brought into the office as an estimator and project manager in 2020. His years of field experience and business knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the Pittman family.
