Paul Sheffey, Estimator:

Paul prepares take-offs and proposals, does estimates, and manages all of our tilt-up projects. Paul has 52 years of experience in the construction industry with 50 years heavily involved with tilt-up and has been with Pittman Concrete over 20 years. He studied Construction Management/Technology at the University of North Florida. Paul is a Florida State certified General Contractor.
